Welcome and Thank You for taking the time to visit Self-Dynamics.

I hope you will find the information presented here to be of great value and that you will become a regular visitor and commenter on our articles.

The three-fold Purpose of the website:

1) To provide a conversation about the dynamics of reality creation;
2) To provide information on the Self-Dynamics Institute’s programs in general, and
3) To provide information on the Self-Dynamics 21 Day Reality Creation Program in particular (see 21 Day Program page).

What is Reality Creation?

Reality Crfeqation encompasses the many concepts of human personal development which all boil down to the two ageless questions that humans have been asking themselves since the evolution of consciousness:

Who am I? and What do I want?

Over the past two decades as a coach to business owners and company executives I have found that these are the two core questions that everyone seeks the answers to.

Even if you aren’t consciously asking yourself these two questions they still exist within all of your behaviors, actions and expressions of yourself.

Revealing and fulfilling the answers to these two questions are the keys to our happiness and success in life. When you know and totally accept who you are – and you know and can create what it is that you truly want – then you have found the keys to personal fulfillment.

You are the expression of your unique framework of values, beliefs, and conceptual viewpoints.

Who we are is expressed out of each of our unique frameworks of values, beliefs and conceptual viewpoints.  All of our relationships and communications, both with others as well as ourselves, are based in our conceptual framework which can be thought of as our unique paradigm or worldview.

Any thought that we can possibly think is based in some concept that we have developed out of our developmental experience of the world during our life. This is what makes each and all of us so interestingly and uniquely different – in that each of our realities is based in a different set of concepts and assumptions that have evolved out of all of our own personal experiences since we were born.

As no two people could ever have had the same experiences as they developed – it is not possible for any two persons to have exactly the same viewpoint of reality due to the differences in the evolutionary development of their individual concepts and assumptions about the world.

Why you mightl find this exploration to be worth your time?

Why would, or should, you be interested in participating in consciously exploring the conceptual framework of your worldview?

Exploring what these concepts mean to you can generate huge benefits in freeing you up from the constraints of your self-limiting beliefs – and thereby generating a more expansive and rewarding worldview.

Over 90% of your daily behaviors are non-conscious

If it is true that we are consciously managing less than 10% of what we are doing – wouldn’t if be beneficial to get to know a little bit more about our own non-conscious structures that are in control of running our lives?

Please don’t take this question lightly as involving yourself in this kind of self-exploration will bring about changes in your non-conscious self-concept. And any alterations of your self-concept will, in turn, alter your automatic behaviors and responses – and those whom you closely relate to may be disturbed by your evolution to a more expansive self.

Some of the concepts that we will explore here

A few of the many concepts that we will explore in our articles and blog posts will focus on questions such as:
Is there really Free-Will and can we develop and consciously express Willpower?
What is your unique definition of Success and how can you best manifest it?
How can we learn to be more Happy in our lives?
How do our Values form the boundaries of what is possible in our lives?
How do we become conscious of our unique set of core Values?
What are the core elements of Personal Productivity?
How do we become conscious of our personal Passions and Purpose in life?
What is the value of consciously expanding our Self-Awareness?
How can we expand our level of Consciousness?
How do we reveal what it is that we really want?
How do we improve our ability to make good choices?
How do we develop and manifest compelling and rewarding goals?
How can we identify and overcome the constraints of our self-limiting beliefs?
How do we reveal our unique strengths, talents and abilities?
How can we transform our negative self-talk into an inner voice of positive support?
How can we learn to work with our non-conscious mind to produce the results we desire?
How does our unique personality style effect how we are perceived by others?
How can we become more productive with our self and time management?
How can we improve our self-perception and increase our appreciation of ourselves?
And much, much, more

An important point

Exploration of the these concepts is not about fixing ourselves – it’s about expanding ourselves to be able to both have a more vibrant experience of our lives and to expand our level of contribution to the developmental evolution of all that constitutes this spaceship that we live on called earth.

So, once again, I welcome you to Self-Dynamics.

Please take the time to communicate back to me with your comments on our articles posted on our blog – your comments and observations will be greatly appreciated and they will get our attention – and a response if it would be helpful.

We also strongly urge you to download your FREE Self-Dynamics Institute special report “Who Am I? What Do I Want? And What Am I Here For?” I believe that you will find the concepts in this report to be both interesting and useful.

Wishing you a happy and abundant life,

John Richards and the Self-Dynamics team
